Smiling also helps to generate more positive feelings within you.Take a minute from your stressed schedule, raise the end of your lips simultaneously to get rid off all your negative thoughts.

Hum a Happy Tune: There’s no better way to calm your mind and boost your spirits than by humming a happy tune. If you are in low spirits, hum your favourite song. Now, how do you feel?
